About me...

I live in Castle Rock with my husband, our two daughters, and our two rescued dogs. I have worked as a psychotherapist in private practice since 2013 and have owned my own practice since 2014. Prior to private practice, I gained extensive experience in acute behavioral health settings, including a county Acute Treatment Unit and Crisis Stabilization Unit, where I supported individuals experiencing mental health crises and acute psychiatric needs. I also worked with the Colorado Crisis Line and the National Suicide Hotline, providing immediate emotional support and resources to people in moments of crisis.

For nearly two years, I facilitated a weekly support group for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse through the Wings Foundation. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the Natural Foods and Supplement industry, which deepened my appreciation for holistic wellness. I am passionate about the connection between mind, body, and spirit, and I believe that the challenges we face in life can profoundly impact both our mental and physical well-being.

Education - I hold a Master's Degree in Counseling from Regis University. The program at Regis University is accredited by the Council for the Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP).

Professional Affiliations - I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado (LPC.0013060).
